Our cards are shipped by USPS and generally take about 7 days to arrive.
If you’ve been waiting for more than 7 days and your order has still not arrived then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll get things sorted out.
We try to take care of all refunds as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong. If you are not happy with your cards or there’s an issue with your order, please let us know. We’re dedicated to customer service and we want the chance to make things right.
So how does it work?
Email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your:
- Order number.
- The reason for your return.
- A picture of the issue (if possible).
If your card has a defect, we will fix or replace it at our expense. After you return your product, we will issue you a credit for its full value.
